I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and hold a British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Certificate. I specialize in teaching Gentle Yoga to the Over 60’s and my classes are designed with this age group in mind. I aim to create an inclusive class environment in which people new to yoga will be able to practice with feelings of peacefulness and contentment. In my classes I have seen the many positive benefits of practicing yoga including better balance, increased strength, enhanced flexibility and improved breathing.
